For this project, my role was directing engineers' work and managing the production timeline with the project manager and the account director. At the same time, I was also in charge of programming the front-end game in JavaScript while the team was assigned to the e-commerce workflow.

Production Highlights

  • 6 very talented people
  • All graphics were provided in PSD by an agency.
  • The game programming and the online store were completed in less than 3 months.
  • The microsite was run on a private cluster in two nodes.
  • The microsite had to support more than 1 million visitors per hour.
  • The game was also playable on Android mobile.
  • At the time of the campaign, we were asked to make the game playable with the IE7+ browser. Animated GIFs for IE replaced the CSS animations, and the sound was played using the Flash plug-in.
